2026 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema: Carbon-clad edition priced for Australia

Alfa Romeo has confirmed the ultra-exclusive Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema for the Australian market, with just 19 units of the special-edition sports sedan headed Down Under.

Prices start from $186,990 plus on-road costs, which is a hefty $30,000 premium over the ‘standard’ Giulia QV, though the Estrema brings a number of enhancements for the spend.

Chief among the extras is the Akrapovič titanium performance exhaust, boasting carbon-fibre tailpipe finishers. Not only does it enhance the 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6’s soundtrack, but it also bumps power and torque outputs to 382kW/606Nm compared to the standard car’s 375kW/600Nm.

Further, the Estrema gets a full complement of carbon-fibre add-ons and additional design enhancements to distinguish it from the standard car, as well as a 33 Stradale book as a special customer gift.

Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema highlights:

  • Akrapovič titanium exhaust system with carbon-fibre finishers
  • Carbon-fibre door mirror caps
  • Carbon-fibre Scudetto front grille
  • Carbon-fibre illuminated door sills
  • Black Giulia rear nameplate badge
  • Black Brembo Brake Calipers
  • Alfa Romeo monochrome badging
  • Alfa Romeo red key covers
  • Alfa Romeo door projector lights
  • Special paint
  • Commemorative build plate
  • Certificate of authenticity
  • Customer gift (33 Stradale book)

Further, customers can add a carbon-ceramic brake package ($15,950) as well as Sparco-branded leather/Alcantara bucket seats with carbon-fibre backs ($8350).

Vulcano Black metallic paint is standard, with Etna Red and Montreal Green special paints available as a no-cost option. The special paint options and painted brake calipers are said to be worth around $5000 in extra value.

That means, fully optioned, the Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema comes in at over $211,000 before on-road costs.

Alfa Romeo says the commemorative edition – named after the Italian word for “extreme” – marks nine years of Quadrifoglio production at the brand’s Cassino plant in Italy.

Carryover highlights from the standard car include a rear mechanical limited-slip differential, Alfa DNA Pro drive mode selector, adaptive dampers, 50:50 weight distribution, and a carbon-fibre active aero splitter and driveshaft.

Further, on-board technology includes L2 autonomous driving systems, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with a historical “Cannocchiale” design, as well as adaptive matrix LED headlights.

The 2026 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema is on sale now, with first vehicles arriving in February. As noted earlier, local allocation is “strictly limited” to just 19 units.
