2026 LDV Deliver 9 Campervan price rises as Series II adds power, new layout

The LDV Deliver 9 Campervan has been updated with a more efficient powertrain, a revised two-seat cabin layout and higher equipment levels including a standard television, microwave and kitchen sink.

The changes come with the Series II version of the Campervan, a factory-built recreational model based on the long-wheelbase (3760mm), high-roof Deliver 9 commercial van – a Ford Transit and Renault Master rival.

The new two-seater is in showrooms now, priced from $102,990 drive-away, while a four-seat version scheduled to arrive in Australia in the second half of 2026 will cost $2000 more.

That’s substantially more than the Campervan’s previous rice of $89,990 drive-away, but there are significant upgrades inside and out to soften the blow.

Externally there’s a new front grille, while inside the dashboard has been redesigned with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen and a new steering column-mounted gear selector, replacing the previous conventional shifter.

The new standard two-seat configuration – which includes a swivelling front passenger seat – frees up space for a more conventional ‘north-south’ bed layout in place of the previous ‘east-west’ layout.

It also provides more space when the bed, which has storage beneath it, converts to a lounge.

Additional space has been created with a more compact 83L under-bench ‘drawer-style’ fridge/freezer replacing the previous 96L unit, along with a repositioned shower/toilet cubicle.

All water outlets – including the grey water exit – are now located on the driver’s side, away from the passenger-side ‘recreation area’ featuring a manual awning.

The update also brings a more powerful 2.0-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine producing 128kW and 420Nm – increases of 20kW and 45Nm over the previous 108kW/375Nm outputs.

A new eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters replaces the previous six-speed unit and is expected to improve efficiency, particularly when cruising or towing the Campervan’s 2800kg braked capacity.

Vehicles of this size aren’t required to have published fuel consumption figures.

Measuring 5940mm long, 2466mm wide (including mirrors) and 2925mm high, the Campervan rides on 16-inch wheels – with a full-size spare standard – and has a 14.2m turning circle.

Standard equipment includes indoor and outdoor showers – supported by separate 100L fresh and grey water tanks – as well as a 16L removable toilet waste tank.

Inside, there is LED lighting, air-conditioning, a microwave, an induction cooktop, a 22-inch smart television, and a kitchen sink as standard.

It also features a sliding passenger-side door with an electrically powered step; USB-A, USB-C and 240V outlets; and a 190W solar panel charging a 2.56kWh lithium-ion battery pack via a 2000W inverter.

LDV offers a seven-year/200,000km vehicle warranty with three years of roadside assistance, as well as a two-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty covering the Campervan bodywork, furniture and cabinetry, and a one-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty for electrical appliances.
