Fans of Infiniti’s lineup of luxury sport-utility vehicles won’t have to wait too much longer to get an unfettered look at the brand’s newest offering, the 2027 QX65, as the company continues to tease its March 26 debut.

The QX65 is the brand’s first all-new offering since 2021, and the company will show it to the public on March 26 at 7 p.m. EDT. Once in production, it will nestle between its fellow midsize QX60 and the full-size QX80. Each of those vehicles has undergone a complete update during the past two years. The QX65 is a two-row ute while the QX60 has three rows.

“The all-new 2027 Infiniti QX65 stands out with a sporty fastback profile inspired by the spirit of the iconic FX, a cabin shaped by thoughtful hospitality, and responsive, rewarding performance. Designed for the heart of the midsize luxury segment, QX65 reflects Infiniti’s legacy of challenging convention,” the company wrote in a release.

Originally introduced in October 2023 as the QX65 Monograph, it borrows from the coupe-style SUV trend that’s been wending its way through the luxury segment in recent years. The midsize model made a public appearance as a prototype during Monterey Car Week. First, it appeared at The Quail and then during the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on Sunday last summer.

The company said it is an outgrowth of the brand’s Artistry in Motion design language, which has inspired Infiniti’s current generation of SUVs. “QX65 Monograph is more than a concept — it’s a signal that Infiniti is moving decisively into its next era,” said Tiago Castro, vice president, Infiniti Americas, during the event.

“It builds on our rich legacy of innovation, pushes our design language forward and reinforces that we’re not slowing down. With QX65, we’re expanding our portfolio with purpose and shaping the bold, confident future of Infiniti.”

That design features a sleek silhouette with wheels pushed to the corners to provide an athletic, grounded look while providing additional space in the cabin. The goal is to make it look capable of tight corners as well as challenging two-tracks.

Pricing in the new model hasn’t been released but the 2026 QX60 starts at $51,590. It’s expected to arrive at U.S. dealers in early summer.
